This workforce level 1 program captures the dynamics and skills involved in supporting and assisting clients with computer hardware and software issues. It goes further to provide on-site or remote technical training assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic IT issues that focus on Active Directory administration, Network IP addressing and Data Storage Systems,  Microsoft Office 365 support, Ticketing System, Computer System Security, Audio-Visual collaboration support and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
